The SCORE Baja 1000 is one of the most difficult off-road races in the world, due not only to the rigorous terrain but also the sheer distance the competitors must navigate during the day and through the night. Early this morning however, a Red Bull athlete proved his determination and drive for victory by crossing the line first in a Trophy Truck. This year was the 38th time in the first 44 years of the storied race that it has started in Ensenada and it was the 19th time in has finished in La Paz. It’s one of the oldest and a well known of all desert races, and it remains as one of the most appealing accomplishment to a racer. Since 1967, the legendary race has been run over the magical Baja California peninsula.
