Hurricane Paul did a lot of rain/water damage at the southern part of Baja. There was no Internet and Cellphone service for 1/2 day yesterday from afternoon.  Downgraded to a Tropical storm Paul is of coast near Punta Abreojos. Due to extreme strong rainfalls impact on Baja 1000 course can be expected.
